As you plan your vacation with PURI ASIA, you might have a few questions about the villa rental process or about the types of villas that we represent. So here are the answers to some of the most commonly asked questions related to villa rentals, features, amenities, services and price range.

Reservations FAQ

Are your rentals charged per villa or per person?
All prices stated here on the PURI ASIA website are per villa and not per person. However, we do encourage you to double check with our Villa Specialists on inclusions and added benefits that come with the total price. Extra charges may be incurred for additional amenities such as an extra bed or an extra number of persons allowed per villa.

What is included in the total price?
Amenities and services vary from villa to villa and from destination to destination. Please check the individual villa description for a full list of services and amenities. In general, every villa will definitely have air-conditioning, WIFI, separate living room, dining room and bedrooms, a fully-functional kitchen and a swimming pool.

Do you have a minimum stay rule?
Our minimum stay policy varies from 2 to 7 days depending on the seasons and the type of villa that is being rented. The longest minimum stay days is typically enforced during the peak period or super peak period.

How do I cancel or make changes to a booking?
Contact PURI ASIA immediately at +62 361 471 0447 or info@puriasia.com. Changes to your booking and cancellations depend on the booking policy, demands, and availability.

How much deposit do I need to put down for a booking?
If your booking is made 75 days prior to your arrival, then you’ll need to place a 50% deposit for each villa. If your booking is made less than 75 days prior to your arrival, then you’ll need to make payments in full.

Can I cancel my booking after I have confirmed my reservations?
Yes, you can, but there will be a cancellation fee. Please check our Terms and Conditions for more details.

Are there any additional expenses or fees that I should know about?
Generally, there shouldn’t be any additional costs except for – private chefs, instructors and the like, private tours, private transportation, telephone charges for international calls, groceries and food provisions except for breakfast, laundry services, and gratuities. How do I make my reservations for a private villa?
Simply fill up the Booking Forms available underneath each villa description here on our website or simply send an email to info@puriasia.com. Once you’ve confirmed to proceed with a booking, we will redirect you to a secure payment gateway for you to make your payments. You can also use Bank Transfer or PayPal at an additional charge of 4%. 

How far in advance do I need to book?
It’s really up to you. The villa of your choice is subject to availability and will only be booked once you’ve placed a deposit or made your payments in full.

What are the forms of payment I can use?
Bank transfer, credit or debit card via a secure gateway or PayPal.

General Villa FAQs

Do all your villas come with swimming pools?
Yes, along with a wide variety of amenities and modern-day conveniences.

Is there someone we can contact if we have a problem or a question during our stay?
Every villa that we offer come with an English-speaking Villa Manager and a team of staff who are ready to assist you throughout your stay. If you have other pressing concerns, you can contact the team at PURI ASIA directly at +62 361 471 0447.

Do you offer family-friendly or child-friendly villas?
Yes! Please contact us for a list of our child-friendly villas that are perfect for both children and adults. Babysitters are also available upon request.

How private are your villas?
All villas offered at PURI ASIA were designed for optimum privacy and security. You can rest easy knowing that there will be a 24-hour security guard patrolling the villa grounds at all times.

Is breakfast included in the rental price?
Yes, breakfast is included in your total price. We also offer delivery of groceries directly to your villa at store prices plus a 20% handling fee, which is subject to 5% service charge and 10% government tax. Receipts will be provided. It is advisable to keep a cash float of USD300 – USD500 for your consumables although local currency in Indonesian Rupiah is preferred. The villa staff will keep you informed of the balance and if the cash float needs replenishment. Please advise the staff if you would like to purchase anything during your stay; they are there to make your life easier.

Do you provide private transportation?
Yes, at an additional price.

Will there be Internet service or WIFI?
Yes, you will have access to unlimited WIFI within the villa area throughout your stay.

Does my villa come with a personal chef?
The Chef is upon request only and comes at an additional cost.

Can I use my villa for personal events?
Yes, you can. Additional costs such as Event Fee, entertainment, sound system, communal fee, banjar fee, catering fee and the like will be borne by the guests.

How do I get to the villa?
We will provide you with the location to the villa via Google Maps and the villa’s full address upon confirmation along with the villa’s phone number and contact person.

How do I get the key to the villa?
We will have a team of staff ready to greet you when you arrive. A copy of the key will be made ready for you upon your arrival.
