Five splendid ensuite double bedrooms overlook the pool and garden level with king-size beds and rain shower bathrooms, and terrazzo bathtubs open onto the pool from two master bedrooms. Warm woods and natural finishes and fabrics create an inviting, comfortable ambience with tasteful furnishings and Thai-inspired accents. Flat-screen TVs and modern AV accessories make each room far more than a place to sleep.

• Capacity for10 adults (5 ensuite bedrooms with king-size beds, 1 of which is convertible to twins.  Extra beds are available at additional cost).
• Living and dining pavilion incorporating open-plan kitchen with breakfast bar; living and dining sala with barbecue grill; pool deck and terrace with loungers and sun umbrellas.

• Villa manager; chef; housekeeping and service staff; 24-hour security.  Additional staff (e.g. babysitter, masseuse, yoga instructor) are available on request at extra charge.
• Atulya Residence’s chef and kitchen team are skilled in the preparation of both Thai and Western cuisines.  Guest requests are accommodated as far as possible (including special diets and children’s menu).  A priced menu of various dishes is available.  Alternatively, groceries are charged at cost plus 30% handling fee which is subject  to 7% government tax.

• Complimentary one round-trip airport transfer.  Car and driver hire available at extra cost.
• Events for up to 40 guests standing can be arranged at Atulya Residence with prior notice (event fee applies).
• Barbecue; personal safes and fully-stocked mini bar in all bedrooms.
